Пряме повідомлення учасника, який розмістив вакансію, з Defence Builder Kateryna Bezsudna Kateryna Bezsudna Co-founder & COO @Defence Builder Accelerator, Co-founder @ Buntar Aerospace Investor Relations Manager for Defence Builder AcceleratorKey Responsibilities:Develop the Investor Relations function within Defence Builder.Build and manage the investor funnel:Identify relevant defense tech investors both in Ukraine and internationally.Create and manage the investor pipeline.Establish the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.Develop a continuous engagement strategy with investors for Defence Builder’s activities and the batch teams, as well as partner teams.Invite and ensure investor participation at Defence Builder events: Intro Day, Demo Day, Hackathon, Pitch Sessions, 1-on-1 Meetings, MeetupsCollect and analyze investor inquiries.Mentor teams on Investor Relations matters.Prepare monthly investor updates on team progress to actively engage investors.Occasionally refine financial models of the teams.Qualifications:English: Advanced level (minimum B2 - C1).Experience working with investors.Experience in Big4, investment divisions in IT, FMCG investment divisions, Private Equity, Family Offices, etc.Passion for networking and working with startups.Ability to work outside regular hours (communication with investors in the US may occur in the evening).Understanding of Defence Tech ecosystem is a plus.Defence Builder is a Ukrainian accelerator for defence startups, with a mission to create conditions for the development of the country’s defence sector through training new teams, combining defence and business expertise.
