Our service portfolio includes manual testing and test automation services for web, desktop, mobile, and cloud applications). We seek a Head of Infrastructure to join our friendly team. Main responsibilities:Management of the IT support department, ensuring effective division of work and monitoring of task performance;Determination of task priorities and organization of teamwork to achieve goals;Team management of 6+ employees;Optimizing the work processes and implementing DevOps approaches;Execution and implementation of internal projects and tasks;Management, motivation, and team development. We expect:4+ years of experience in managing a team of IT specialists (6+ subordinates);Experience in system administration (Linux);Experience in supporting external IT servers (e.g AWC, G-Suite, etc.);Experience in configuring Apache 2 and Nginx web servers;Experience with MySQL and Postgres at the administrative level (backup, data restore, server administration);Excellent management skills, a high level of self-organization;Experience with Docker and Kubernetes will be an advantage;CI/CD (Jenkins) automation and organization skills (preferred);Automation experience with Ansible (preferred). We offer:Cooperation with a stable company with established processes and a positive team atmosphere;Work with international markets (the main clients are from North America and the EU);A team of experts who are always ready to help and share knowledge;Professional development: workshops and seminars, access to the corporate library;Decent payment with regular reviews based on the results of cooperation;100% compensation for letters of incapacity for work, 18 days off;Flexible format of cooperation (start from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., full-time);A developed corporate culture, a social assistance system, and a broad loyalty program.
