What project we have for youAs an Analyst you will be responsible for Technology procurement and vendor financial management activities, supporting budget management in collaboration with central and regional Technology teams, finance, procurement teams and vendors.What you will doCoordinate financial planning activities (i.e., OB, RF) to submit bottom-up inputs in respective tools in collaboration with each sub-platform.Coordinating and following up day-to-day P2P financial activities such as purchase orders (end to end), goods receipts, invoices, payments, accruals.Monitor actuals vs plan, keep stakeholders up to date with the execution status.Identify, communicate and follow-up key risks and opportunities related to budget and follow-up the action plan execution.Coordinate internal and external capitalization planning and execution.Build the financial data history to create budget bridge stories.What you need for thisA team member with a minimum 3 years experience in the Finance area (of an international company is a plus).Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint tools is a must.Mid-level of knowledge in Power BI, SAP, and Coupa.Fluent in English.IT experience is a plus.Excellent communication skills, and ability to collaborate cross-functionally in global, matrixed environments comprising of internal and external partners.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Proactive profile, able to work in dynamic environments, with strong problem-solving competencies.Experience gathering and analyzing data to effect meaningful changes.
