With a medium volume of work, the role focuses on utilising strong Excel and Google spreadsheet skills for financial analysis and budgeting. The Finance Analyst will also assist with EU tax authority regulations from time to time, offering a chance to develop a foundational understanding of financial reporting and budget management in a supportive environment.Probation period: The probation period for this entry-level role is 3 months, during which performance will be evaluated based on financial reporting accuracy, budgeting support, and handling occasional tax-related tasks.Requirements: Experience working with companies registered in European and Asian jurisdictions (Estonia/Singapore) or other, support and successful submission of financial statements.In-depth knowledge of Excel for financial analysis and reporting.Experience and ability to work with Excel and Google spreadsheets.Successful experience in working and introducing the company’s budget to internal  stakeholders. Responsibilities:Execution and preparation of financial statements for companies registered in different jurisdictions (Europe/Estonia, Asia/Singapore-Hong Kong).Work with Excel to analyze data and prepare financial reports.Compilation and analysis of financial reports from payment providers/banks.Skills in working with Excel and Google Spreadsheets to create and optimize queries and write scripts.Financial budget management and cost control for companies.Maintaining a budget for each company.
