The project is the gathering place for individuals working or interested in the field of blockchain & web 3. Our mission is to create the world’s largest community of contributors in Web 3.0. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in financial planning and analysis.Who is our perfect candidate?Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field;Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, planning and modeling;Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques;Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including complex formula creation, pivot tables, data analysis, and automation;Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;Strong financial modeling skills to analyze and forecast financial performance, including revenue projections, cost analysis, and cash flow management;Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis;English: upper-intermediate +Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;Flexibility and adaptability;Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail;Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.Goal & Objectives:Build solid financial model of the business;Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support strategic decision-making processes;Provide accurate forecasts, budgets, and financial models to assist in business planning;Identify key financial trends and performance indicators to optimize financial performance;Collaborate with various departments to streamline financial reporting processes and ensure data accuracy;Assist in the evaluation of investment opportunities.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making processes;Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting;Підготовка та представлення фінансових звітів, включаючи місячні/квартальні фінансові звіти та спеціальні звіти для керівництва компанії;Брання активної участі в налаштуванні бухгалтерського програмного забезпечення (Xero) для відповідності вимогам управлінського обліку та звітності;Виконання функції контролю витрат;Приймання активна участь у створенні, вдосконаленні, формалізації та впровадженні внутрішніх бізнес-процесів; Проведення досліджень та аналізу галузевих тенденцій, конкурентів і ринкових умов для надання інформації для стратегічного планування; Участь у підготовці бізнес-кейсів для нових ініціатив, проектів або інвестицій; Співпрацюйте з функціональними командами, щоб забезпечити узгодженість фінансових цілей і завдань; Тісно співпрацюйте з фінансовим директором для побудови міцної фінансової функції в компанії.
