The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in cloud architecture and hands-on experience in implementing cloud-based technology solutions. You will play a key role in enhancing our customer engagement processes and ensuring effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, and manage cloud-based solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and deliver scalable solutions.Own the end-to-end customer engagement process, ensuring smooth project delivery and high customer satisfaction.Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex concepts into understandable terms.Monitor and optimize cloud performance, cost, and security.Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate processes to improve deployment frequency and reliability.Requirements:Strong knowledge of cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.).Proven experience in implementing cloud-based technology solutions.Experience in managing customer engagement from initiation to delivery.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.Understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) practices and tools (Terraform, CloudFormation). These will bring you to our front row:Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.Proficiency in Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, and GitHub.Experience with Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus, or similar tools.Familiarity with Maven and Gradle.Certifications such as Solutions Architecture, Cloud Security Professional, or Cloud DevOps Engineering.Hands-on or presales experience in cloud architecture, application development, relational and NoSQL databases, analytics, machine learning, networking, security, storage, DevOps, containers, serverless architectures, CI/CD, management and monitoring, cloud migrations, and IT transformation.We're always looking for unique and talented individuals to join our team.
