We’re looking for a Costumer Success Specialist who has a strong IT background and can bring their experience in customer service to help us grow and support our valued customers. If you’re an experienced problem-solver with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we’d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Build Strong Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and success with our product.Onboarding & Training: Guide new customers through the onboarding process and offer ongoing training to ensure they’re getting the most from our service.Customer Retention: Proactively address customer concerns and ensure they’re achieving their desired outcomes to reduce churn.Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution: Be a trusted point of contact, offering solutions to customer challenges and handling tickets effectively.Proactive Communication: Regularly check in with customers to provide helpful tips, updates, and ensure they're leveraging the platform effectively.Drive Adoption & Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services that meet customer needs, while supporting their overall growth.Collaboration with Sales: Work with the sales team to provide customer feedback and ensure seamless transitions throughout the customer lifecycle.Data-Driven Insights: Use customer data to offer valuable insights and help improve overall customer experience and outcomes.What We’re Looking For:Customer-Oriented Mindset: You are focused on delivering top-tier customer support while knowing how to professionally handle challenging situations.Strong IT Background: You should be technical enough to handle customer inquiries related to HubSpot or similar tools.Sales Savvy: You have a strong sales acumen and a track record of delivering results, with experience in identifying upsell opportunities.Experience: At least 2 years of experience in customer success or support (preferably within an agency or SaaS B2B environment).Good English: Clear and effective communication is key, and you must be comfortable speaking and writing in English.Why You’ll Love This Role:Work with a supportive team in a collaborative, remote environmentGreat opportunity to leverage your customer success and technical skillsHelp customers achieve their goals while contributing to the growth of the businessIf you're based in Ukraine and you have the experience, skills, and passion for customer support and success, we'd love to hear fromyou!
