Шукаємо менеджера клієнтської підтримки/асистента на британський проект який займається кібербезпекою. Робота з офісу, з понеділка по п'ятницю з 9 до 18. Офіс забезпечений генератором та безперебійним інтернетом. 

Для успішної роботи потрібне гарне знання англійської та впевнені навички користувача пк.

Tasks:

- Provide customer support via email and chat 
- Manage customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction 
- Identify and escalate any issues to the appropriate department 
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized solutions

 Requirements:

- Fluent English (B2)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus 
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment 
- Strong problem-solving skills
