As part of our growing team, we seek a Lead Qualification Specialist to ensure that only high-potential leads reach our sales team, optimizing conversion rates and increasing revenue.Role OverviewThe Lead Qualification Specialist evaluates and filters inbound leads, ensuring that only serious and qualified investors and property buyers are passed to the sales team. This role requires a deep understanding of real estate investment, strong communication skills, and a results-driven approach to lead conversion.Key Responsibilities• Lead Screening & Assessment: Analyze incoming leads from various channels (website, social media, email, referrals, ads) to determine their potential.• Initial Contact & Engagement: Conduct preliminary calls, emails, or messages to assess lead intent, financial capacity, and investment interest.• Qualification Process: Use predefined frameworks (BANT: Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline or other qualification models) to categorize leads into Hot, Warm, and Cold segments.• CRM & Data Management: Maintain and update lead data in the CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of lead status.• Collaboration with Sales Team: Communicate qualified leads to the sales team with detailed notes on their needs, objections, and readiness to invest.• Lead Nurturing: Follow up with Warm and Cold leads through scheduled touchpoints, keeping them engaged until they are ready to move forward.• Market Insights: Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and trends to refine targeting strategies.Key Requirements• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in lead qualification, sales, or customer engagement (preferably in real estate, luxury sales, or investment sectors).• Languages: Ukrainian and English (proficient)• CRM & Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (Zoho or similar) and lead management tools.• Sales Mindset: Ability to identify and prioritize high-potential leads while maintaining a professional and consultative approach.• Self-Motivated: Proactive, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Bali Nexus?✅ Competitive Compensation – Base salary+ performance-based bonuses.✅ High-Value Market – Work with premium real estate investments and high-net-worth clients.✅ Growth Opportunities – Potential career growth in sales, marketing, or business development.✅ Flexible Work Environment – Hybrid/remote options with a dynamic and supportive team.✅ Impactful Role – Directly influence business success by improving lead quality and conversion rates.
