Пряме повідомлення учасника, який розмістив вакансію, з Prematch Тетяна Малигiна Тетяна Малигiна HR Generalist| Looking for🔥 Support Manager🔥 **We are looking for a Support Agent to work in the iGaming industry.**  The main responsibility is to provide high-quality user support.  **Responsibilities:**  - Handling and resolving incoming inquiries through various communication channels: tickets, chats, calls (in Ukrainian and English).  - Following internal rules and adhering to KPIs.  - Communicating with other departments and escalating cases.  - Maintaining documentation.  **Requirements:**  - At least 2 years of experience as a Support Agent.  - At least 6 months of experience in the iGaming industry.  - Ukrainian: fluent (both written and spoken).  - English: Intermediate or higher (both written and spoken).  - Willingness to work in shifts (morning/day/night).  - Strong communication skills and the ability to make decisions.  - Experience with ticketing systems such as Freshdesk/Zendesk.   **Working Conditions:**  - Work format: office or hybrid.  - Shift schedule:   - Morning: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM   - Day: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM   - Night: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM  - Hourly rate.  **Interview Stages:**  1.
