About Us:GoMage Inc. is an eCommerce agency with broad expertise in developing online stores across various platforms. Our goal is to continuously improve online shopping experiences through cutting-edge technology, offering customizable and comprehensive eCommerce solutions. We are looking for an experienced CRO Manager to join our team.Responsibilities:CRO Strategy Development:Develop and execute data-driven CRO strategies for eCommerce clients. Identify opportunities for conversion rate improvement through quantitative and qualitative research.Research & Analysis:Conduct user behavior analysis using tools like Hotjar, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, etc. Lead user testing, surveys, and A/B testing to identify friction points in customer journeys. Analyze website performance metrics and present actionable insights.Experimentation:Plan, design, and execute A/B and multivariate tests. Monitor test performance, analyze results, and recommend next steps.Collaboration:Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and project managers to implement CRO recommendations. Client Management:Present findings, strategies, and results to clients in a clear and impactful way. Act as the main point of contact for CRO projects, ensuring client satisfaction.Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with the latest CRO trends, tools, and techniques.Requirements: 3+ years of experience in a CRO or similar role, preferably in an agency or eCommerce setting.Proven track record of improving conversion rates and delivering measurable results.Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce platforms is a strong plus.Certification in CRO, UX, or analytics tools is a bonus (Google Analytics Certification, CXL Institute).Hard Skills:Technical Expertise:Proficiency with CRO tools (Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO, etc.)Strong knowledge of A/B testing frameworks and statistical significance principles.Understanding of UX/UI principles and their impact on conversions.Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development processes (not coding, but familiarity).Analytical Skills: Advanced skills in data interpretation, segmentation, and funnel analysis.
