You can see more about what we do here ➡️ https://slightlyperfect.design/Key Responsibilities:Briefing and collaborating with the design team.Efficiently distributing workloads.Monitoring project progress to ensure timely delivery.Assisting the design team in implementing client feedback.Engaging in active communication with existing clients and reaching out to potential prospects.Preparing pricing and time estimations, drafting contracts and NDAs, issuing invoices, and monitoring their status.Handling general administrative duties.Mandatory Requirements:At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager/Account Manager in advertising, creative, digital, or communication agencies.Exceptional proficiency in English (both verbal and written), as the majority of our clients are international.High level of organization and meticulous attention to detail.Quick learning abilities.A person who reads carefully, does research, and analyses the situation to provide a solution.A polite and respectful approach.Proficiency in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Excel.Good to have:Experience in design, copywriting, and marketing.Sales-oriented mindset.Strong presentation skills.Background in freelancing.If you believe you're the ideal candidate for this role, we'd love to hear from you.
