Today, we are actively developing on international markets.Our mission is to drive the MarTech industry towards transparency, expertise and efficiency.We are looking for a Content Manager who is in the innovation trend and is ready to join the team of professionals.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement content strategies for the agency's landing page and social networks, including planning the content structure, defining key messages and optimizing for search engines;Ensure high quality and fullness of content on all available platforms of the agency, including the company's website, social networks, blogs, etc.;Cooperate with various departments of the organization to create high-quality text content;Analyze the effectiveness of the content strategy using metrics and reports, adapt approaches in accordance with analytical data;Carry out continuous improvement of content processes and methods to improve and optimize results;Monitor industry trends, competitive environment and new technologies to identify opportunities for innovative marketing communications strategies;Create and manage lead generation content, including but not limited to: landing pages, calls-to-action (CTAs), data collection forms, and conversion-optimized copy;Analyze and optimize lead generation funnels, ensure lead growth and conversion through posted content.QualificationsProven work experience in the field of digital-marketing/IT for at least 1.5 years;Proven ability to create compelling messages for various target audiences and communication channels;The level of English is sufficient for independent work and creation of text content without verification;Availability of SEO copywriting skills;Knowledge of HTML, CSS and WordPress administration;Leadership qualities;Excellent organizational skills;Ability to make decisions and bear responsibility for them;Creative thinking with an active attitude towards problem solving and willingness to accept new ideas.We offer:Professional development in one of the strongest teams in the digital advertising market;Experience working with global brands;Decent salary — from UAH 25,000 to UAH 35,000;Work in a young team of fans of their business;Flexible schedule: Mon-Fri, from 9-11:00 a.m. to 6-8:00 p.m.;Location: remote or hybrid collaborationformat.
