Join Software Development Hub (SDH) as our Business Development Manager and become part of a highly motivated team of Web & Mobile development experts.RequirementsMinimum of 3 years in a BDM or Sales Manager role.Upper-Intermediate level of English.Proven track record of managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.Strong ability to understand client needs and negotiate win-win solutions.Proficient in using CRM systems for managing client data and sales processes.Driven by goals with a proactive approach to achieving success.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage new clients; establish and foster long-term relationships with key partners.Identify business opportunities and potential client needs, prepare and present tailored proposals.Lead negotiations at all stages of the sales cycle, ensure clear communication, and prepare contracts.Collaborate with the marketing team to refine market entry strategies and expand current client acquisition channels.Monitor market and competitor trends to identify new opportunities and potential risks.Maintain a detailed client database in the CRM, track deal status, and report progress.Provide ongoing support and development of relationships with existing clients, offering consultations and additional services as needed.What We Offer:18 days of paid vacation annually.10 paid sick days per year.Corporate English lessons to improve your language skills.Compensation for gym memberships and educational courses.Accounting support available upon request.About UsFounded in 2014, Software Development Hub (SDH) began as a small collective of forward-thinking technical specialists.
