Моя історія сягає моїх студентських років, коли я отримував ступінь бакалавра наук з комп’ютерних наук. Тоді я вперше дізнався про концепцію взаємодії людини та комп’ютера, посіявши насіння свого захоплення UXD. Навчаючись технічним навичкам розробки продукту, мене зацікавило фундаментальне запитання: чому. Спонукуваний вродженою цікавістю, я зрозумів, що перш ніж досліджувати, «як» створювати продукти, потрібно спочатку зрозуміти, чому — суть їх створення. Запитавши себе, чому ми кодуємо певний продукт, ми можемо глибоко зануритися в дизайн продукту, наприклад, чому продукт був розроблений певним чином і для кого він був розроблений. Це відкриття викликало в мені трансформацію, сформувавши мій підхід до дизайну як не просто створення інтерфейсів, а як засобу вирішення реальних проблем.
Teaching English Grammar, pronunciation, reading, listening, and speaking skills as well as vocabulary in various topics (business, technology, law, finance, marketing, IELTS exam preparation, etc.) to students worldwide.
- Took ownership and full responsibility for research and design to design a website from scratch
- Prepared, actively participated and thoroughly evaluated interviews with C-level executives to create personas, storyboards, and hypothesis that allowed empathy with the users, identified their biggest pain points and generated insights based on which I could design solutions to the problems
- Based on the research done, designed solutions consisting of low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes that met the users’ wants and needs
- Communicated design solutions with the clients in time so the workflow did not get interrupted
- Showed up at the team meetings on time as well as listened carefully team member’s feedback
- Worked with audit professionals to help create trust and confidence in their financial reporting and internal control over financial reporting so the client was satisfied with our work results
- Interpreted the business growth, by providing assurance to clients and other stakeholders related to internal controls by analyzing the client’s database. My client was the Supreme Court of Kazakhstan.
- Worked mainly with the administrative department of the university responsible for the student database along with the organization and monitoring of the educational process
- Provided accurate, timely services for students, faculty, and staff
- Developed close working relationships with the Department of Student Affairs, the Office of Admissions, the Department of Academic Quality, Informational Technology, and the NU Library (NULITS) supporting the academic mission
- Implemented security policies to restrict unauthorized access to databases.
- Welcomed visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
- Answered or referred inquiries
- Directed visitors by maintaining employee and department directories by giving the appropriate instructions
- Maintained security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, issuing visitor badges, receiving incoming letters, sending outgoing letters, sorting the letters by their names in appropriate boxes, and ordering appropriate stationery for the department.
