CRM Project manager Business analyst - 13695
Я захоплений майбутнім міським плануванням і зараз працюю над концепцією «Міста без автомобілів». Йдеться про розробку «ІТС» – індивідуальної транспортної послуги з використанням одномісного електромобіля. Концепція також передбачає інноваційні підходи до планування вулиць і будівель.
У вільний час я захоплююся архітектурою, йогою, дизайном інтер’єру, зимовою риболовлею, гонками Формули-1, походами та подорожами на автомобілі.
+ Project management(Agile) of implementation of BPMonline Sales Enterprise (Terrasoft):
+ Database import and deduplication of client’s profiles.
+ Behavioral routing of Rental offices applications in UNIT.City
+ Integration of CRM and Website for event requests automation
+ Automated forming of excursion groups according to schedule.

- Successfully managed 63 integration projects of inner bank trading applications using Java, C++, .NET types of clients and REST API

- Led regular enhancements of Client-DB server application as a result of accurate backlog and book of work management.
- Provided forehanded reporting at the senior level of CitiBank Asset class meetings
- Managed the project tracking system for reporting on the status of the Applications Program, milestone implementations, and onboarding projects.

- Description of requirements for custom project management tool and creation of the Entity relationship diagram, User stories, Use cases and role model.
