Web&Digital Analyst in EPAM Ukraine

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Web Analyst to help create data-driven solutions.


Responsible for evaluating design solutions, implementing web analytics, reporting and analysis. If you enjoy living by the code of your craft and developing mind-blowing solutions for complex problems, then it could be the perfect opportunity to join EPAM as a Web Analyst.

Project technologies and tools

• Web Analytics systems: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics (Firebase Analytics, Amplitude, Matomo)
• Tag management systems: Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium
• Visualization / BI tools: Google Data Studio, Tableau, Power BI
• CRO: HotJar, Google Optimize, VWO

Responsibilities

• Create Measurement Plans and develop KPIs
• Setting up tracking (including tracking for non-standard flows, funnels, and applications, using different tracking systems) while applying enough creativity to find the best methods of data capturing strategy development and implementation for our clients
• Provide end-to-end analytics
• Make data-based recommendations on how to improve clients’ online strategy
• Build insightful automated dashboards
• Communicate a lot with other departments and with our customer while trying to find the best way to provide the customers with data that can change their online business

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering
• 2+ years of Web Analytics experience
• Vast experience in a variety of Web Analytics tools, tag management solutions, data visualization tools
• Proficiency in A/B testing
• Experience with databases
• Statistical and analytical skills with an ability to spot any issues or trends in data
• Intermediate or higher English level, both spoken and written (B1+)

Nice to have

• Additional experience in online marketing (e.g., SEO)
• Proficient with SQL, R, Python
• Knowledge of JavaScript
