Web Search Assistant in ENF Solar

The ideal candidate should be:

• Happy to work from home, high self-organization and ready for repetitive tasks. 

(Tasks are not as repetitive as most data tasks – since there is a lot of variety in the different manufacturer websites – but you are still searching out the same sets of information on what their factories do etc.)

• Proficiency in English (min. Upper-Intermediate level)

• Stable Internet connection

• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

• Web searching skills – above average. 

Job Role:

We have a directory of every solar and every recycling company in the world with access free for everyone – this is part of our strategy of how we do good in the world, helping solar and recycling companies to find each other which reduces their costs, which helps reduce the cost of goods and increases the uptake of these technologies. In order to maintain best-in-world information we need our staff to review existing companies for changes and add new companies and products.

Key responsibilities:

• Collecting and reviewing company and product data on our website. 

• Processing information quickly with attention to details. 

The career progress of this operations role will be to start quality checking the work of other staff, and then a further career step is to become an operations manager guiding a team of industry analysts.
