Responsibilities: Hande customers' requests in chat, email and phone calls. Provide technical support to users Analyze, clarify, and resolve customer queries Investigatе technical issues, participate in troubleshooting and diagnosing of root causes Collaborate with DevOps, IT and R&D teams Gather and structure feedback received from clients, provide insight Required skills Fluent English (both spoken and written) and the ability to communicate effectively in English via both phone and text Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Work experience in technical support. Strong computer skills. Effective self-organization skills, disciplined approach, resilience. Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with clients.
