Team Lead Media Buyer in HR agency

Duties

- Building a team and setting up infrastructure

- Managing a team, building and optimizing business processes

- Finding, testing and scaling bundles

- Working with traffic sources for arbitrage

- Motivating team to achieve KPI's

- Daily and weekly progress reports

Сheck-list

Must have:

- English Upper-intermediate

- Working with big markets

- Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian

- Knowledge of FB and/or Google/in-app/ UAC

- Knowledge of arbitrage tools

- Proven successful case of gambling

- Experience in traffic arbitrage from 3 -years (only gambling)

- Experience of managing a team of 5 or more people
