Senior/Lead Software Engineer [Python] in EPAM Ukraine

We are looking for a Python Developer with experience in developing systems and tools to implement our trading models in the financial and technical sector.

Skills

• Knowledge of the Python programming language, data structures and computer technologies
• Experience as a developer of quantitative software models or knowledge in this area
• Experience in functional analysis
• Bachelor's degree in "computer technology" or "mathematics"
• Good knowledge of data structures, effective algorithms
• Experience with distributed systems and multi-threaded application execution
• Experience in developing high-frequency trading/trading systems with low latency
• Experience in event-based application development

Duties

• Support of commercial software complexes
• Development of support functions for new financial derivatives/products for data-based financial testing and live trading purposes
• Development and implementation of the order management system

Will be an advantage

• Experience in blockchain/trading
• Knowledge of C++
• Knowledge of any cloud-based or public cloud technology would be an advantage
