Senior Unreal Engine Developer in Ohires

We are looking for a Senior Unreal Engine Developer to join the team in creating the next generation Metaverse project alongside with parteners from Silicon Valley and and world famous 3D artists.

An ideal candidate will have experience working on multiplayer applications, having experience with 3D models imports including voxel model formats, managing server infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Implement key features of the Metaverse using Unreal Engine 4

Implement models import and other integrations

Maintain and build code using C++

Make architectural decisions

Collaborate to devise optimal engineering solutions to technical challenges

Qualifications

3+ years Unreal Engine 4 experience.

Advanced with modern C++ and object-oriented programming.

Experienced with multiplayer gameplay systems, network replication, core engine and Virtual Reality technologies.

Proficient in any source control, debuggers, profilers and other software development tools (e.g. GitHub, Git, Visual Studio).

B.Sc. in Computer Science and/or Mathematics.

Bonus Points

Experience working with Voxel Art tools (e.g. MagicaVoxel). Knowledge of the corresponding formats.

Experience working with Amazon Gamelift, Google Firebase or Microsoft Playfab.

Understanding of build systems, continuous integration, unit tests, automated functional tests, and testing frameworks.
