  • Work alongside a Japanese team, to build and Maintain Impactful social media presence across all digital channels like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and so on by creating campaign calendars, timely posting and writing captions.
  • Support the asks to promote brand presence and improve engagement based on asks and discussions with GL Japan and Hitachi teams.
  • Implementing online marketing activities including social media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, lead generation, etc., and work with a Japanese translation team.
  • Form, train and collaborate with Creative team, Co employees and Management, to ensure impactful stories are built and featured consistently on social media.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in online advertisement, social media, design tools and applications.
  • Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction
  • Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course corrections as required, along with a team in Japan
  • Leading the planning and implementation of PR and initiatives related to the brand, along with GL Japan and Hitachi te

Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s/Master degree in Public Relations, Digital Marketing or related field.
  • 12+ years proven working experience in digital marketing and PR for services industry.
  • Can build, lead and collaborate with other teams.
  • Strong knowledge of content development and SEM.
  • Highly Socially active person on different social networking platforms.
  • Must have exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
  • Experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital strategies that engage, inform and motivate
