Duties
- Identifying opportunities that ensure sales growth objectives
- Lead the negotiation process and close deals
- Explore new sales channels
- Build and develop long-term relationships with existing customers
- Continuous communication with teammates and C-level to optimize sales strategy and company offerings
- Improvement and preparation of documentation for sales processes
- Reporting and analysis of own performance
- Documenting all activities in CRM
Must have:
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of the software development process
Fluent English
Experience with a full cycle of sales in IT outsourcing
Knowledge of lead generation channels
Proactive attitude
Experience in working with CRM
Good time management skills
Ability to work with technical requirements
