- a manager with experience working on UpWork - Sales manager must know the specifics of working with this resource.

What does the Sales manager in our team do:

- search for new clients on UpWork: search for projects that suit our stack;

- sending relevant offers;

- approval of all aspects of the project (budget, terms, etc.);

- communication with clients in audio and video formats to present our services and resolve all necessary issues;

- conclusion of contracts with clients for development;

- maintaining long-term relations with clients.
