Sales Manager in A-sol

Requirements:

• at least 1 year of experience in an IT company;
• written and verbal communication proficiency;
• English В2;
• excellent at strategic planning;
• good at problem-solving;
• very good at critical and analytical thinking;
• understanding of the principles of sales, what distinguishes sales in an outsourcing and outstaffing company;
• ability to work with LinkedIn and Upwork.

Responsibilities:

• Search for potential clients (we have a Lead generation specialist in our staff);
• Lead the customer through the sales funnel;
• Prepare commercial offers;
• Organize and control the pre-sale process;
• Present a commercial proposal to a potential customer;
• Negotiate with potential and current clients;
• Lead current clients of the company;
• Search and process new channels and sources for sales;
• Develop a client base;
• Find out the requirements (problems) of the client and conduct sales activities.
