Project Manager, Cloud Practice in EPAM Ukraine

Project Manager in Cloud drives Design, Build, Migrate and Run projects. Takes a proactive part in suggesting technologies, tools, and approaches advocate the best management practices and tools for effective use to support Cloud strategy or DevOps culture.
Agile project management of projects or value streams that may involve multiple internal and external stakeholders.
Handles direct line communication with the client on behalf of their team or project deliverables.
Performs defined tasks to monitor execution against project timeline, costs, scope and deliverables, development and maintains records of relevant information.
Monitors delivery performance metrics and liaises with managers and customers to ensure that agreements are met, and deliverables are completed.
Drives operational Project status meetings with the customer stakeholders.
Responsible for staffing matching people for successful delivery.

Requirements

• Expected to have at least 5 years of IT experience and at least 2+ years to get a proven track record of management of Cloud or DevOps projects, alternatively leading and managing team(s) of system engineers, running implementation of DevOps and CI/CD pipeline, or managing Security projects, or implementations following Cloud-native approach
• Excellent project management experience: planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution, change management, and risk management Solid knowledge of software development life cycle
• Exercise solid leadership skills combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytical skills
• Demonstrated history of delivering high-quality results on schedule and within budget
• Outstanding and effective interpersonal skills; along with strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Be capable of fluent leveraging traditional and agile methodologies
• Understanding of SDLC and engineering excellence
• Proactiveness, customer-oriented and great attitude
• English - upper-intermediate (B2)
