Project manager in Yuliia Mazna

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of project management experience in the development of enterprise software products and implementation of software on the customer/developer side.
• Experience of working with 3-4 projects in parallel
• Experience managing a technical team of 4 or more people.
• The level of English is upper-intermediate.
• Knowledge and practical skills of working with the full SDLC cycle.
• Experience with Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall.
• Experience with T&M and Fixed Price contracts.
• Practical experience in using project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).

Responsibilities:

• Preparation, maintenance and updating of project plans/roadmaps, resource plans, budget plans, communication plans, risk/stakeholder matrices and other documents related to project management;
• Constant monitoring of roadmap and project delivery statuses;
• Establishing effective communication with internal and external stakeholders:
• Software development management;
• Preparation of periodic reporting;
• Schedule management;
• Requirements management;
• Budget management;
• Risk and change management;
• Motivating the team and providing an environment for effective project delivery.
