We are currently looking for a Product Manager/Product Owner.

About the project: Evercon is one of the most dynamic SocialTech ecosystems with an already profitable product in the Social Discovery niche.

Now the team faces an ambitious goal — to multiply revenue and profit on a web product with a complex business model and millions of users from all over the world — North and South America, Europe, Asia, Australia.

About the team: Now Evercon is creating a separate team of A+ players, experts in their areas. Each of the team is responsible for a specific area, target metrics and business result. We are looking for an experienced PM/PO who is ready to take over the entire product and product development area.

You will:

— Control and bring together the full-cycle product solution: Analytics, Design, Development, Testing;

— Plan and allocate development team resources, conduct product backlog and development team ceremonies;

— Communicate both with internal departments and with third-party providers: payments and e-mail marketing;

— Determine target product indicators and be responsible for them to the CEO;

— Communicate both with internal departments and with third-party providers;

— Design, conduct and evaluate product experiments that solve business problems;

— Set team goals and lead the team to their fulfillment.

It is important that you have:

Must have:

— Commercial product expertise in B2C;

— Development team management experience as PM/PO;

— Successful cases of achieving business goals thanks to product solutions;

— Track record of personal victories as the owner of the food zone;

— Practice of implementing data-based solutions in business;

— Skills of setting goals and their execution.

Nice to have:

— Product related vertical: analytics/marketing/payments/etc;

— Knowledge of SQL/Tableau;

— People management skills, experience in hiring;
