Product Analyst in Solid

We are looking for a **Product Analyst** to join one of our Products Teams. In this role, you will be looking to deliver actionable insights both internally and externally. This is a very dynamic role that will have you wearing multiple hats throughout your week. You could be the technical master working side by side with engineers on projects, the BI master that builds out dashboards for internal insights, or the product master that helps shape the products we offer in a data-driven way. We will try to help you find your most effective path that will leverage your skills and interests. **What you’ll do:** — Working inside one of Products Team to achieve desired results — Collaborate with engineers and product managers to test, iterate, and measure the impact of proposed solutions — Optimize payment processing quality for the benefit of our full client base — Search for the new hypothesis and test them — Interface with a diverse set of merchants worldwide, and gain an in-depth understanding of the most complex problems facing the FinTech world today. — Performing analyses for any internal team within Solid if the need arises. — Provide our Sales and Account Management teams with relevant insights to close deals or drive new volume within existing markets. **Who you are:** — Have an entrepreneurial spirit — Strike a good balance between technical and commercial understanding — Have an experience of 2+ years in Big 4 Companies or IT Sector — Excellent in the communication of complex data or technical functionality — Able to write queries in SQL — Feel comfortable working with numbers **What will be a plus:** — Experience with BI tools, Tableau specifically — Experience in the Payments or Acquiring — Mathematical or computer science background — You’re familiar with data analysis languages such as Python (preferred), R — Experience with data tooling i.e. Airflow/Elastic/DBT/ELT **Our Company is a unique place for development and growth** : **Comfortable work environment and flexible work hours** An excellent office with a summer terrace, lounge zone, kitchen, and PlayStation located within an 8-minute walk from Kontraktova Ploshcha metro station.
