We are currently looking for a Loyalty Program Manager!

Functional duties:
- Management of the company's Loyalty Program, tracking and development of its effectiveness
- Formation of a general strategy and communication plan by regular customers in a section
- Maintenance of primary documentation
- Calculation of financial indicators of the program, analysis and control of key performance indicators of own retail to maintain the level of business margins
- Control of the formation and maintenance of the database of regular customers, segmentation of the customer database
