Description:

You will be part of a core team, who will deploy the Forcepoint Secure Cloud Gateway for GlobalLogic users. You will be responsible for managing updates and administering this tool per the requirements. Apart from that, you will be involved in day-to-day threat detections and incident management related to endpoint security.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in network security and endpoint security
• Good experience with DLP solutions (Forcepoint/Symantec)
• Good knowledge of Cloud firewall (Forcepoint/Zscaler/Cisco Umbrella), EDR (Crowdstrike/Microsoft defender)
• Maintaining DLP technology, configuring policies and compiling reports for analytics
• Monitoring and responding to alerts generated from DLP systems and other technologies
• Good command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of web security and web/URL filtering
• Knowledge about DLP technology, including troubleshooting and upgrading

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinating with the vendor for secure cloud gateway firewall implementation
• Understanding the cloud firewall technology from the training provided and manage the solution after implementation
• Developing requirements for firewall rule implementation including source and destination IPs, Ports, Transport Protocol
• Working with the Incident Response team to escalate and respond to potential or real threats
• Creating, configuring and updating firewall and DLP policies basis on the use cases
• Monitoring the threat & incident generated by the application and investigating for closure
• Coordinating with the security team members for day-to-day activities
• Understanding the technical requirements and issues of the end-users and provide the right solution
