✅Qualifications and experience:
• 3+ years of experience in HR Management.
• Working experience in Compensation&Benefits field.
• Understanding the specifics of both Ukrainian and Polish IT Markets, including knowledge of current labour rules and regulations.
• Hands on experience with quantitative and qualitative research.
• Ability to build reports and present the information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strategic thinking and planning.
• Problem solving through analysis.
• Ability to work autonomously but effectively with others.
• Highly developed listening, communication and negotiation skills.
• Intermediate English and speaking Polish
