What is to be done:
- development of a strategy to promote, optimize and scale the sales of our products;
- organization of effective launch and maintenance of advertising campaigns;
- work with large volumes of data and deep analytics on key performance indicators;
- analysis of changes and identification of new opportunities for advertising cabinets;
- management of the PPC team (selection, training, adaptation, control and motivation of employees);
- monitoring and reporting on the results of the department's activities.
What we expect from a candidate:
- Experience in contextual advertising;
- experience in a managerial position;
- a deep level of expertise in the field of contextual advertising (experience with e-commerce, Amazon is welcome);
- the desire to achieve results and grow with the company;
- excellent analytical data, ability to operate with numbers, understanding of cause-and-effect relationships;
- skills in building systems, hypotheses and the ability to quickly test and scale them;
- the ability to self-learning and the desire to develop in the field of RRS;
- good organizational skills; ability to plan and prioritize;
- Ability to work with pivot tables and formulas in Excel and Google Docs.
