Game economy designer in Ohires

YOUR EXPERIENCE:

• 2+ years’ experience in the games industry working as a Game Economy Designer or

equivalent role, with at least one title published.

• Strong analytical and formal thinking. You can break problems down to their key variables

and identify the relations between them.

• Strong econometrics skills. You are able to model problems into quantitative systems and

draw qualitative conclusion out of quantitative data.

• Strong communication skills, positive attitude, and the ability to work in a highly

collaborative team environment.

• Mastery using Excel.

• You are at ease analyzing large data sets & providing actionable insights.

• Ability to self-critique and accept outside critique. The more feedback you receive, the more

you can tailor your work towards what is best for the game.

• Ability to learn and master new tools and techniques.

• Passion for making and playing games.

• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

BONUS EXPERIENCE:

• Working experience using Unreal Engine

• Experience defining in-game metrics to track

• Interest for cryptocurrency technologies and their potential usage in games

• Experience with tokenomics / NFT marketplaces
