Voice-Over Specialist in BetterMe

We are currently expanding our content team and looking for a specialist who will be responsible for the full cycle of creating and supporting AI voiceovers for training.

Your future tasks:

• Form and validate texts for the generation of AI voiceover;
• Coordinate the generation of voiceover with vendors, ensuring timeliness and quality of the result;
• Accept and verify generated audio, monitor compliance with quality standards;
• Ensure final audio preparation for release: post-processing, naming and product integration;
• Manage defects AI voiceovers: handling incidents, analyzing and prioritizing issues, organizing fixes and re-quality control;
• Initiate optimization and improvement of AI voiceover creation processes.

What you need for this:

• Experience with AI tools and implementation of digital solutions; technical awareness and the ability to quickly master, test and integrate new tools into work processes;
• English - Upper-Intermediate+;
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace or similar for managing tasks and documentation;
• Developed communication skills to interact with management, vendors and remote teams;
• Structural thinking, high concentration and attention to detail in working with large volumes of data, audio files and documentation while maintaining quality standards;
• Proactivity in improving processes and improving efficiency.

Will be a plus: 300">Experience using TTS services;
