The product is scaling in Tier-1 markets and Google Ads is one of the key drivers of growth, which is currently growing at x4.
We are looking for aUser Acquisition Specialist (Google Ads), which will help accelerate scaling, test new approaches, work with large budgets and influence real business metrics. The team consists of 7 people and a User Acquisition Lead with experience working at Meta and Google in international Health and Wellness companies. Strong marketing designers will be responsible for creatives, and copywriters will strengthen the texts.
What you will need to do:
- Run and manage Google campaigns Ads: Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, App.
- Constantly optimize advertising campaigns for business goals: ROAS, CAC, LTV, MER, contribution margin.
- Research keywords, write ads, test hypotheses (A/B, creatives, audiences, placements).
- Understand creative targeting: audience signals, interests, remarketing, Customer Match.
- Work together with analysts: understand dashboards, report on the funnel (impression > click > session > conversion > repeat purchase).
- Optimize feeds and Google Merchant Center: update attributes, diagnose and eliminate errors, increase visibility and conversions in Shopping campaigns.
- Collaborate with creative team (banner/video briefs) and Retention/Product/Acquisition for synchronous launches.
- Join strategic planning: research seasonality, form promo calendar, category priorities, budget.
- Run CRO improvements for landings: identify barriers, make rapid changes, experiments and CR growth at critical conversion points.
What is important to us:
- Experience with Google Ads (Search/Display/YouTube/PMax/App) from 2 years old - it is important to have practical launches and optimizations.
- Basic understanding of analytics: GA4, UTM tags, attribution; ability to work with reports in Sheets or Looker Studio.
- Ability to read data, noticeand regularities, form simple hypotheses and test them in practice. The ability to write clearly, concisely, convincingly; the desire to experiment with creativity.
- Organization and independence: effective task planning and prioritization, ability to work in an intensive environment.
- English from B1 for working with interfaces, documentation and partially communication.
Would be a plus:
- Experience in D2C/e-commerce and working with significant budgets.
- Knowledge of automation, experimental frameworks.
- understanding of CRO/landing-ops and cooperation with developers.
- Work with GTM, Merchant Center and feeds.
