UI/UX Designer in Nova poshta

The ideal candidate:

• 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in product teams or companies with advanced digital services.
• Practical experience designing interfaces for websites and mobile applications.
• Experience in creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and final UI mockups.
• Proficient in design tools, including Figma (component libraries, auto layout, prototyping).
• Understanding of UX design principles, information architecture and usability.
• Experience with design systems and creating or maintaining component libraries.
• Skills work with user scenarios, CJM and UX studies.
• Experience in prototyping and testing user interfaces.
• Understanding the basics of front-end development (HTML, CSS, responsive design) for effective interaction with developers.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional product store team (PM, analysts, developers).
• Strong communication skills and ability to argue design decisions.
• Availability of a portfolio with implemented digital products or services.

Your role:

• Design and development of interfaces of the company's digital products, in particular: website, mobile application, business office and internal products.
• Development of UX solutions and UI layouts for new functionalities, services and products.
• Designing user flows, information architecture and user interaction logic.
• Creation of wireframes, prototypes and final design layouts.
• Participation in product research, user experience analysis and identifying problems in current interfaces.
• Conducting and supporting user testing of prototypes and solutions together with product teams.
• Collaborating with product managers, developers, analysts and other stakeholders to implement effective product solutions.
• Support and development of the company's design system, ensuring consistency of interfaces in various digital products.
• Quality control of design implementation during development and participation in functionality acceptance.
• Continuously improving the user experience based on analytics, user feedback and product metrics.
