Trainee Data Analyst (start of career) in PixelAura Studios

We are looking for an ambitious and logically thinking Trainee Data Analyst who is eager to start his career in data analysis. We are ready to provide full mentorship, training and real projects for rapid professional growth.

Working conditions and your guarantees

Level: We consider candidates without work experience or students (with specialized education or courses).
Salary: 30,000 - 37,000 UAH.
Schedule: Full-time, 5/2, from 9:00 to 18:00 with a break.
Format: OFFLINE work in the office in Kyiv (for effective training and integration into the team).

Key duties: training and practice:

You will work directly with a team of senior analysts, performing the following tasks:

1. Data Collection and Cleaning: Help in downloading data from various sources and preparing them for analysis (detection of omissions, anomalies).

2. SQL-Queries: Writing simple and medium SQL-queries for sampling and aggregation of the necessary data.

3. Visualization: Creation of basic dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau or Google Sheets to demonstrate key metrics.

4. Documentation: Participation in drafting technical documentation and analytical process descriptions.

5. Metric Analysis: Calculation of key business metrics (Retention, CAC, LTV) and assistance in A/B testing.

Requirements for candidate:

• Logical Thinking: Strong analytical skills and ability to structure information.

• SQL: Basic understanding of SQL (knowledge of JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY).

• Excel/Sheets: Confident mastery of Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP functions, Pivot Tables).

• Motivation: Great desire develop specifically in the field of Data Science/Data Analysis.

• Education/Courses: Professional education (mathematics, economics, cybernetics) or completed high-quality data analysis courses.

• English: Level sufficient to read technical documentation.
