Your key tasks:

• Diagnostics of computer equipment;
• Support of remote user workstations;
• OS installation and administration Software;
• Working with specific software;
• Receiving and handling incoming calls from users regarding technical issues;
• Executing user requests, as well as informing users about the fulfillment of these requests.

• You have experience in the administration of Windows, Linux operating systems;
• You have basic knowledge of setting up and switching a local network;
• You know how to plan, remember large amounts of information, set priorities;
• You have the ability to quickly solve problems;

• You have the ability to learn quickly;
• You have technical thinking and the ability to independently find solutions to problems;
• Experience in technical support will be an advantage.
