What to do:
Processing written customer requests (email, chat);< /span>
Inputting data into CRM; Analyzing the problems encountered by the user and finding options for solving the problem;
monitoring of service performance;
Interaction with other departments of the company to solve the client's problems, prompt decision-making, resolution of disputed issues;
Examining the product, collecting bugs and problems to improve it;
