Working conditions:

• Salary: 46 UAH 51,000 + bonuses

• Schedule: 5/2, from 08:00 to 18:00

Main duties:

• Reception and processing of customer inquiries

• Providing detailed information about products and services

• Supporting customers until their issue is fully resolved

• Maintaining and updating data in the internal system

• Adhering to service quality standards

Requirements:

• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language

• Communication, attentiveness, tact

• Ability to learn quickly and work according to instructions

• Responsibility and discipline
