SWIFT software support line 2 specialist

Functional responsibilities:

• Installation, update, configuration, support of SWIFT software;
• Administration of OS Windows Server, Linux;
• Administration of auxiliary software;
• Writing scripts and instructions;
• Support and consultation of users of the SWIFT system at level 2.

Requirements for the applicant:

• Higher technical education
• Experience of 3 years in the administration of server OS and software. 
• knowledge of OS: Windows 2019-2022 Server, Ubuntu 22.04 - 24.04;
• knowledge of LAN/WAN network technologies at a basic level;
• experience of working with users, communication skills;
• knowledge of the English language at the level of fluent technical reading documentation.

Testing:

• A mandatory condition for admission is to successfully pass the Service Bureau Specialists Connectivity exam.
