SEO specialist / SEO manager in Praym Media Hab, TOV

Main goal

We are looking for an experienced SEO specialist. The candidate must have practical skills in site analysis, SEO strategy development, content plan formation and team management.

Main responsibilities

• Analysis of the current level of the site and the competitive environment.
• Development and implementation of SEO strategy
• Formation of technical and content tasks for copywriters, editors and link builders.
• Planning and control of an effective link building strategy (crowd marketing, guest articles, outreach, PBN).
• Finding and establishing cooperation with donors to obtain quality links.
• Quality control of written articles, optimization for keywords and user request.
• Planning and organizing the work of the SEO department team.
• Tracking results (Google Analytics, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush or similar tools).
• Constant search for new opportunities for traffic growth and monetization.

Candidate requirements

• SEO experience.
• Deep knowledge of internal and external optimization principles.
• Practical experience with tools: Ahrefs, Semrush, Serpstat, Screaming Frog, GSC, GA.
• Ability to analyze competitors and form a strategy "a few steps ahead".
• Organizational skills: the ability to manage a small team (copywriters, link builders, editors).
• Experience in promoting sites for an English-speaking and/or Ukrainian-speaking audience.
