Functional tasks:
Functional tasks:
- Participation in ensuring information security and cyber protection of the National Bank in relations with suppliers of information and communication technologies;
- Participation in monitoring the supply of services from information and communication technologies;
- Verification of requests for management of access rights to information resources of the National Bank of Ukraine, their control and analysis use;
- Analysis of compliance with information security policies when interacting with third parties in relation to the National Bank;
- Participation in the implementation of standards on information security and cyber protection in terms of managing access rights to information resources of the National Bank of Ukraine and protection of information of the National Bank of Ukraine from leakage through electronic channels of communications to the National Bank of Ukraine..

- Work experience of 10 years or more;
- Higher education in the fields of knowledge "Information technologies", or "Engineering, production and construction", or "Security and defense" (specialty codes F1 - F7, G5, G7, K4 according to the List of fields of knowledge and specialties by which the preparation of higher and professional pre-higher education applicants is carried out, approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 29.04.2015 No. 266 (with amendments);
- The level of the English language is not lower than B1;
- Knowledge of international and national standards and modern practices in the field of information and cyber security: ISO 27001/27002 (and other ISO series 27000), NIST SP 800-53 Rev.5, Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP), Center for Internet Security (CIS), COBIT 5, ITIL.
- Knowledge of the market of modern access rights management products and countering the leakage of information with limited access through electronic communication channels;
- Availability of experience in the implementation of software access rights management products (will be an advantage). IT infrastructure protection including cloud services and virtualization;
- Understanding of key security technologies: VPN, MFA, PKI, SIEM, NAC, XDR, DLP, WAFmodern technologies (IP, TCP, UDP, FTP, HTTP/HTTPS protocols), basic infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, directory service, file servers). Understanding of modern security concepts: Zero Trust, defense-in-depth, risk-based approach. Understanding of API concepts (REST, gRPC, GraphQL);
- Understanding of banking system processes.;
- Ability to work in a team, stress resistance, orientation towards achieving results, organization and attention to details, ability to quickly learn new things.
