Functional tasks:
Functional tasks:
- Organization, coordination and implementation of measures for the design of information security requirements in the creation of information and communication systems (ICS) of the National Bank of Ukraine;
- Identification and assessment of information security risks for ICS, formation of lists of threats, vulnerabilities and risk scenarios of ICS;
- Supporting the creation of information security systems (implementation security profiles) in the ICS of the National Bank of Ukraine;
- Organization and assessment of the compliance of information security systems in the ICS of the National Bank of Ukraine, security authorization of the ICS of the National Bank of Ukraine;
- Participation in the development, coordination and implementation of measures for the functioning, support and improvement of the information security management system of the National Bank of Ukraine in accordance with the international standard ISO 27001;
- Participation in the development of information security policies security of the National Bank of Ukraine..

- Work experience of 5 years or more;
- Higher education in the fields of knowledge "Information technologies", or "Engineering, production and construction", or "Security and defense" according to specialty codes F1 - F7, G5, G7, K4 in accordance with the List of fields of knowledge and specialties for which higher and professional pre-higher education candidates are trained, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 266 dated 04/29/2015 (with changes);
- English language level not lower than B1;
- Knowledge of international and national standards and modern practices in the field of information and cyber security: ISO 27001 / 27002 / 27005 (and other ISO 27000 series), NIST SP 800-53 Rev.5, NIST CSF, NIST RMF, Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP), Center for Internet Security (CIS), COBIT 5, ITIL;
- Experience in implementing an information security management system, designing information security requirements when creating information and communication systems;
- Knowledge and experience in applying the principles of Secure development life cycle, Application security requirements), Secure system architecture and engineering principles, Secure coding (secure coding/programming), Security testing in development and acceptance;
- Understanding key security technologies: VPN, MFA, PKI, SIEM, NAC, XDR, DLP, WAF. Knowledge of basic infrastructure services (DNS, DHCP, directory service, file servers). Understanding of modern security concepts: Zero Trust, defense-in-depth, risk-based approach;
- Knowledge and experience of applying the legislation of Ukraine and normative documents of technical protection of information on the authorization of security information systems;
- Skills and experience in the development of executive acts (policies, regulations, procedures, instructions);
- Work experience and understanding of banking system processes (will be an advantage);
- Ability to work in team, stress resistance, orientation towards achieving results, organization and attention to details, the ability to quickly learn new things.
