We are looking for a Sales Manager with knowledge of Hungarian/Romanian/Italian/Polish/French/Spanish languages to help us develop business and find new customers.

What you will do:

• Actively attract new customers and maintain long-term relationships with existing ones.
• Conduct negotiations in the language you speak and Ukrainian, present our products and services.
• Analyze customer needs and select the best solutions that meet their goals.
• Accompany deals from the first meeting to successful completion.
• Collaborate with the team to improve the sales process and product development.
• Keep reporting and analyze the results of your work.
• Maintain a LinkedIn page

You are suitable for us if:

• You have experience in sales for at least 1 year.
• You speak one of the languages at a level not lower than Intermediate (Ukrainian - fluent) and are ready to communicate with clients in it.
• Open to learning and want to develop in the field of HR technologies.
• You know how to find a common language with different people and build trust.
• Responsible, organized and results-oriented.
• Not afraid of challenges and ready to work in a dynamic startup environment.
