Sales and Partnership Development Manager (volunteer) in Direct Help

Who We Are

We are Direct Help, a charity foundation that has been supporting Ukraine since the first days of the war. Our organization manages dozens of parallel volunteer initiatives, including: Dhelp — the Global Direct Financial Aid Platform; Trucks4U — Vehicles Supporting Ukraine’s Military and Humanitarian Needs; Power4U — Portable Energy Generators for Ukraine’s Defense and Communities; Direct Help Sport — Supporting Athletes with Special Needs; and many others.

Who We Are Looking For

You are an empathetic and enthusiastic person who wants to give back to the world by making a real impact — saving lives, helping others, and creating positive change through action.

You speak and write English fluently (C1 level or higher) — this is a must, as the hiring manager will be communicating and interviewing you in English.

You also have experience in at least one of the following areas:

• Sales, procurement, or business development
• Communications, PR, or partnership management
• Fundraising, sponsorships, or donor relations
• Networking and stakeholder engagement
• NGO, humanitarian, or volunteer coordination experience (a plus).

You are a hands-on person with energy and ready to dive into researching, reaching out, and building connections with potential partners, sponsors, clients, donors, and ambassadors.

You can work independently without much supervision.

What You Will Do

You will play a key role in expanding Direct Help’s network and impact. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and reaching out to potential supporters, partners, sponsors, donors, and ambassadors
• Building and maintaining relationships with supporters and collaborators
• Connecting and working with ambassadors, media, other charity networks, state, government, and municipal authorities
• Supporting ongoing fundraising campaigns and reporting progress
• Representing the foundation at events, online, and in communications with partners
