About the fund

The Blagomai Charitable Fund implements humanitarian and educational programs aimed at supporting children, families and communities affected by the war. Within the framework of the new project, the Fund is expanding the team of specialists in the Sumy, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhia, Kharkiv and Kyiv regions.

We invite the cooperation of an HR manager who will ensure the high-quality and timely selection of specialists for the following positions:

-Administrator

-Driver

-Teacher for compensation for educational losses (3 persons)

-Social worker

-Psychologist

-MHPSS specialist

In total, it is planned to recruit approximately 40 employees.

Main professional tasks

Conducting a full cycle of recruitment in accordance with the Foundation’s procedures.

Forming job profiles and publishing vacancies on relevant platforms.

Active search for candidates and interaction with professional communities.

Conduct initial screening, telephone and online interviews.

Preparation of weekly shortlists of candidates (minimum 3 candidates for each position).

Constant communication with the project team regarding the selection status.

Ensuring transparency and quality recruitment processes.

Preparation of regular reports on the progress of recruitment.

Requirements for the candidate

Experience as an HR manager or recruiter (preferably in NGOs / international projects).

Practical experience of mass or rapid recruitment.

Confident interviewing and assessment skills candidates.

Ability to organize work independently, adhere to deadlines.

Readiness for regular online interaction with the team.

Availability of an active FOP 3 group - mandatory.

Terms of cooperation

Format of cooperation is remote with regular online meetings.

Flexible schedule, possibility of quick communication in working hours of the Fund.

Payment as agreed, according to the volume and quality of services.

Estimated completion time up to 2 months.

Expected number of selected specialists up to 40 people.
