About the fund

The Blagomai Charitable Fund implements humanitarian and educational programs aimed at supporting children, families and communities affected by the war. Within the framework of the new project, the Fund is expanding the team of specialists in the Sumy, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhia, Kharkiv and Kyiv regions.

We invite the cooperation of an HR manager who will ensure the high-quality and timely selection of specialists for the following positions:

-Administrator

-Driver

-Teacher for compensation for educational losses (3 persons)

-Social worker

-Psychologist

-MHPSS specialist

In total, it is planned to recruit approximately 40 employees.

Main professional tasks

Conducting a full cycle of recruitment in accordance with the Foundation’s procedures.

Preparation of weekly shortlists of candidates (minimum 3 candidates for each position).
