Recruiter in AventusGroup

Aventus Group is an international group of Fintech companies that has been creating and developing its products on three continents for over 15 years. We are currently looking for a Recruiter for one of our projects in Ukraine

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle of recruiting: from gathering requirements before the candidate goes to work.
• Search for candidates through various channels (Robota, Work, LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram, internal database, etc.).
• Conducting initial screening, interviews and evaluation of candidates.
• Interaction with hiring managers, participation in the formation of the candidate profile.
• Organization of interviews and support of the candidate throughout during the selection stages.
• Maintenance of internal candidate database (ATS/Excel/Google Sheets, etc.).
• Preparation of offers and feedback.

Requirements:

• Work experience Recruiter from 1 year.
• Knowledge of modern candidate search tools.
• Understanding the full cycle of recruiting.
• Confident communication skills.
• Ability to work with a large amount of information and prioritize tasks.
• Knowledge of English at the Intermediate level.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in mass recruitment.

Working conditions:

• Hybrid work format: one day a week - from home, the rest - in the office (Kyiv).
• Working schedule: Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Comfortable office in the center of Kyiv with a generator (5 minutes from Kontraktova ploshcha).
